The Service Dog Request form must be submitted no later than 7 days before your intended travel date.

By law, all dogs in South Africa must be vaccinated against Rabies
Bookings will be canceled unless the dog has been vaccinated according to current veterinary and our own requirements and documentary proof thereof must be presented.
If any of these are not met, or if the instructions from our Ground and Cabin crew are not adhered to, LIFT reserves the right to cancel the return flight for your dog (if booked) and refuse any future travel for your dog.
